GH's Tyler Christopher Opens Up About His Guardianship Battle That Ignited A Household Feud

In 2020, as Tyler Christopher was recuperating from mind surgical procedure, Susan Asmo Baker filed for emergency guardianship of her brother and was profitable. This meant that Baker fully managed virtually each side of Christopher’s life, and sadly, a guardian’s actions are not often monitored. “I did not know what I used to be getting myself into and I did not have a selection,” he advised Bloomberg Regulation, explaining that he was fully unaware of the guardianship till it already was put in place, including, “I used to be recovering from a mind harm so the selection for guardianship was made for me with out my data.”¬†Baker said that her rationale for acquiring a conservator function was as a result of Christopher would not settle for therapy, and was unable to “make selections for his care or take care of himself.”

As he ultimately tried to determine the place his cash was going, he claimed that his sister couldn’t “legitimately account for” over $40,000 which allegedly was spent on her household’s relocation to Ohio to be close to Christopher, her bank card debt, and several other home goods together with electronics and furnishings.¬†Though the guardianship had resulted in September 2021, Christopher’s lawyer filed a movement to look into Baker’s spending in February 2022. Denying Christopher’s accusations, Baker has agreed to rent a forensic examiner to analyze the place the cash truly went. If she’s confirmed harmless, Christopher can pay the examiner tab, and vice versa.
